Mr. Lyne's background is particularly well-suited to his practice in real estate and estate planning.  He was formerly a mutual funds specialist with Firstar Trust Company in Milwaukee (now a part of US Bank, N.A.).  He was also a realtor with Century 21 Real Estate.  Mr. Lyne is a graduate of Marquette University Law School and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Wisconsin State Bar, Exit Planning Institute for Business Succession Planning, and the State Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.  He is admitted to practice is all Wisconsin state courts and the United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin.
