Mr. Goldberger has concentrated his practice in the areas of real property and contract law, and in the representation of small businesses, counseling them in all facets of their business from inception through sale.  He has lectured and been published in matters related to real property law.  Mr. Goldberger is a 1985 graduate of Marquette University Law School.  He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 1982.  Mr. Goldberger is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar and the State Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Wisconsin.
